Never recieved

It marked itself as delivered despite me never receiving the item. I never recieved any sort of tracking information and I messaged the business asking if I could get any sort of tracking info, to which after 2 weeks I recieved no response. It's been 2 months since I ordered the product and I haven't recieved anything. Bad service
